In this study, we aim to measure how successful organizations are using an employee referral programme and uncover the secrets behind it. We are also interested in why organizations are not using referral recruitment yet.

At the same time, we are trying to establish a connection with employee retention. It turns out that employees who join through referrals tend to stay with the organization longer.

Additionally, Employer Branding Specialist Yves Pilet is conducting a parallel benchmark to investigate whether a (strong) employer brand impacts ambassadorship. The outcomes of both benchmarks will be combined.
