Blockstart SME survey

Introduction

The outcome of this survey aims to understand what kind of challenges SMEs encounter, how blockchain technology can help SMEs to take care of these challenges and how a workshop could be of added value in this process.

The goal of this survey is to design and deliver better support on blockchain technology services for SMEs like yours through the EU-funded Blockstart project. The new European Project Blockstart helps SMEs to strengthen their competitive positions through the use of blockchain technology. Blockstart will focus on companies that are active in the field of health, logistics and agri-food, who can use blockchain to increase safety and efficiency in their work.

In addition to your experience and opinion, we will collect some personal information about you, such as your name and email address, so we can follow up with you if needed. We will store this data until no later than 10 September 2022, when the Blockstart project will end. We respect your privacy and therefore we will never share your data with third parties or use it for any purpose other than the one stated above.
