COMPETE - Soft skills

Dear sir/Ms,

Thank you for participating in the European project COMPETE. Our objective is to develop a serious game that will enhance soft skills in graduate students. Through the project, we want to contribute to decreasing the gap between the competences required by the labour market and the competences of graduate students. The game should be an innovative and open tool that will help students to acquire and develop “future skills” and key competences.

In the first step of the project we want to learn which soft skills employers consider important to enter the labour market and how they assess the skill level of recent graduates. Similar questions will be asked to students.

The opinions of students and employers will be combined to decide on which soft skill(s) the game will focus. Your participation will thus have a direct influence on the further development of COMPETE.

The questionnaire will take approximately 10 minutes to complete.
