Scorecard

You need to develop four dimensions, eight factors that to create an iterative process for agile business innovation. The dimensions are:
 
Response-ability: looping and learning
Transform-ability: innovation and exploitation
Sense-ability: purpose and positioning
Team-ability: prioritization and partnerships.

This scorecard enables you to identify the strengths and development areas in your business.

9.Every team member knows which role they play in achieving the purpose(Vereist.)
10.People at many levels gather data on market trends and customer needs.(Vereist.)
11.The data is discussed by the leadership to understand its meaning for the strategy and purpose.(Vereist.)
12.The employees are informed and give feedback on the data collected(Vereist.)
