* You will receive an invoice 8-6 weeks before the start of the Masterclass Artificial Intelligence for Healthcare (Edition 19 & 20 May 2022) at the address you have provided.

After submitting this confirmation form and accepting the terms and conditions, the participant owes the full program contribution of €1600 (excl. VAT). You will receive an invoice with a payment term of 14 days from Smarthealth.live.
