De medewerkers van Red Bee Media roepen de directie op om op de meest korte termijn met vakbond FNV een goede cao 2019 overeen te komen.
Wij medewerkers van Red Bee Media (RBM) eisen:
- een cao die koopkrachtverbetering voor alle RBM-medewerkers realiseert! De 1,4% loonsverhoging die de directie nu biedt is te weinig om dat doel te bereiken. Wij willen 2 x 2% voor een cao van 15 maanden vanaf 1 januari 2019.
- een cao die RBM-medewerkers perspectief biedt op een reele salarisdoorgroei die is gebaseerd op een cao-salaris doorgroeitabel.
- een cao met heldere inschalingsregels, waardoor medewerkers bij inschaling, verandering van functie en taken een duidelijk perspectief krijgen op hun inkomensontwikkeling.
Door ondertekening geef ik aan dat ik deze cao-eisen ondersteun.

The employees of Red Bee Media call upon the management to reach a good collective labour agreement for 2019 with trade union FNV as soon as possible.
We, the employees of Red Bee Media, demand:
- a collectieve agreement resulting in an increase of purchasing power for all RBM employees! The management's current offer of a general 1.4% salary increase falling far short of that goal, we demand 2 x 2% for a collective agreement with a duration of 15 months and a commencing date of January 1st 2019.
- a collective agreement offering the RBM employees prospects for genuine salary growth based on a cao salary table.
- a collective agreement with transparent wage classification rules, offering emloyees clear prospects for their salary development when joining the company or facing a change in their duties or position.
