Soft skills for Remote Teamwork

Thank you for helping me with my study for the Open Universiteit with researching what the essential soft skills are for remote teamwork. 

The survey will take around 5 minutes of your time. 

Please read the following information before filling in the survey:
With the COVID-19 pandemic, working remotely has increased substantially. 

Remote work is work that can be done on a computer from any location using technology to communicate and collaborate. In this survey we consider remote work when you work 100% of your time in a remote environment, using technology to communicate and collaborate with your colleagues and clients. 

Soft skills are defines as skills, abilities, and traits related to personality, attitude and behaviour of an individual. They are personal to each individual and are formed and shaped by an individual's actions and experiences. 
Soft skills are hard to observe, quantify and measure but they are essential for the future of work according to the World Economic Forum report 2020. 
Examples of soft skills  are: critical thinking, communication, time management and creativity. 

This study focusses on soft skills that are essential for working remotely in a team.
