The Role

As a Senior HR Systems Manager for SurveyMonkey, you will be responsible for working in lockstep with the broader HR organization on key processes and systems (Workday), developing new business processes and user experiences, and managing integrations and data flows between various systems.

Your excellent communication and problem-solving skills will be key to your success in this role along with your demonstrated business and technical acumen, and your ability to effectively partner with cross-functional stakeholders.

Business Systems team enjoys the fast-paced environment interacting continuously with cross-functional teams while managing the underlying key business infrastructure systems and processes that help SurveyMonkey scale and deliver on its strategy.

 

Responsibilities

  • Own the configurations of Workday processes, point solutions, and integrations with other tools
  • Partner with HR organization to understand and document their operational business processes and create automated solutions to scale business operations globally and ensure compliance.
  • Manage roadmap and ensure process effectiveness for prioritizing system enhancements, new functionality, etc.
  • Develop and execute global HR data strategy with a focus on data quality, efficiencies, and process standardization for our global footprint.
  • Utilize the EIB Mass upload tool and build out reports and additional integrations in Workday, as necessary.

 

Qualifications

  • Operations mindset coupled with innovative thinking, strong analytics and problem-solving skills, and customer-centric focus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to summarize and present findings or challenges to all levels of staff and management
  • Minimum of 5+ years of Workday experience (HCM, Onboarding, Benefits, Compensation, Talent, Absence, etc)
  • Expert knowledge of configuring Workday processes, building out and running reports, utilizing data loader tools, and building out integrations
  • Extensive experience working with HR business operations on day-to-day basis and developing and implementing technical solutions (process + system) that enhance efficiencies, performance, and improve data quality
  • Excellent project management skills, strong operational focus, and comfort auditing / validating large data sets from disparate systems
